Children’s Program: Seth and Moody Melix

Saturday July 27th, 1-2 pm

This award winning folk-rock group creates lyrically-rich music for kids that parents will love too. With guitar (Seth Warden), fiddle (Doug Moody) and percussion (Brian Melick), along with sweet harmony vocals, their songs impart good values and educational messages in an upbeat, organic style.

PERFORMANCE REVIEW:
Oh, if you could have been there! If you had, you too, could have been transported to another world — a world where mastery of the guitar, over a dozen percussive instruments and some
mighty fine fiddle-playing, combined with happy, image-provoking lyrics and smiling faces, united to become Seth and The Moody Melix. – The Ravena News-Harold Seth and the Moody Melix recently completed their second filming for the Food Network show
Farmhouse Rules and Seth is currently featured on the Travel Channel show Mysteries at the Museum. In 2014 the group was flown to TN to kick off the first two dates of Paula Deen’s live
cooking family show. The group opened the show with a 30 minute set and remained on stage as Paula’s musical support.

Thank you Adirondack Foundation!

We have been graciously awarded a Generous Acts grant for Advancing Digital Equity in Rural Communities. This grant is funded in partnership with The Prospect Hill Foundation.

The allocation of the funds will help bridge the digital inequity by providing the use of digital services to support the needs of
our community. We want to ensure our community will have access to internet as we continue to provide free wi-fi that is available 24/7. We, also, installed exterior outlets to provide an even greater service to the community; especially as they battle reoccurring power outages. Both of these services are offered free to the community 24/7.

This work is generously supported by Generous Acts at Adirondack Foundation. The Foundation connects people, ideas, and resources to improve lives and expand opportunities throughout the Adirondack region.
